The Get MOORE Social Training Hub is a sub-brand of RDL Intl t/a Rachel Moore Social Media.
In these terms of use the expressions “we”, “us” and “our” are intended to refer to the Get MOORE Social Training Hub and/or RDL Intl t/a Rachel Moore Social Media whose registered office is 97 Kent Road, Harrogate, HG1 2NH which is the owner and operator of this website. “You” is intended to refer to any person visiting or using the website and purchasing a membership.
The services and facilities which we make available to visitors/members of the Get MOORE Social Training Hub are offered on the clear understanding that the following terms and conditions apply in all cases.
If you are not willing to adhere to these terms and conditions you should immediately leave this website and you should not revisit it.
- The information provided within this website is for general information purposes only. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the accuracy of the information provided. In the event that you do rely on any such information for any purpose whatsoever this will be at your sole risk and no liability of any kind will accrue to us as a consequence of such reliance.
- Founding members of the Get MOORE Social Training Hub are entitled to a Lifetime Lock-in price of £99 pa. You are not duty bound to renew your subscription in 12 months time but if you leave and then wish to rejoin at a later date your membership fee will be subject to the relevant rate at that time. In other words your Lifetime Lock-in will cease once you terminate your membership. All other members of the Get MOORE Social Training Hub are to pay the required fee as is relevant at the time of joining. This fee may vary.
- Payments are taken through PayPal on a subscription basis and will renew after a 12 month period or if a payment plan has been taken then the subscription fee will be taken every 30 days.
- There is no Refund Policy pertaining to the membership. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us through enquiries@getmooresocialtraininghub.com with your issues and we will investigate.
- Please note your access to the Get MOORE Social Training Hub will be terminated when you cancel your membership purchase. Any downloading of content or copying of content and materials provided on our membership site is strictly prohibited.
- Our website may include links to other websites. These links are provided for information purposes only. The existence of a link on this website does not signify that we endorse either the linked website or its content, and we will not bear any responsibility for them. Please check their Privacy & Cookie policies.

Pricing Errors and Omissions:
Please be aware that prices, availability and other purchase terms are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website and when errors are discovered, we will correct them. Be advised that the Get MOORE Social Training Hub reserves the right to revoke any stated offer to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions including after an order has been submitted, after it has been confirmed, or after your credit card/PayPal account has been charged. If we discover an error after your credit card/PayPal account has been charged and your order is cancelled as a result of the error, your credit card/PayPal account will be refunded the full amount of your order. You will be notified via email if your order has been cancelled.

You acknowledge that the Get MOORE Social Training Hub does not generally pre-screen Content, but that the Get MOORE Social Training Hub and its designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to edit, refuse, remove, or move any Content that is available via the website.
